- 3x verifiable income to rent ratio
- Preferred credit score of 580+ (lower scores may require a higher security deposit)
- Higher security deposit if eviction or bankruptcy appears on your credit report in the last 7 years
- No criminal record in the last 7 years
- No pets allowed

The application fee is $55 and the reservation deposit is due within 48 hours of application acceptance. The first month's rent is due prior to the move-in date.
